The elevation of the main wall in the lobby of the spa shows many features. The focal point is a custom made water wall with the logo created in mosaic tile. The transaction counter is made from reclaimed doors. It has a glass front and shelves that can be used for retail display and storage. On the back wall is plenty of storage in both lateral filing cabinets and a lockable metal cabinet. 
The kitchen in the residence is adequately equipped, functional and beautiful. Custom cabinets afford much storage along the back wall as well as in a large island with a lowered baking station. Stainless steel appliances feature a French door oven, microwave, downdraft gas stove and dishwasher drawers. The natural marble backsplash has been installed in a herringbone pattern to create more interest and texture. Tucked into a closet is also a stacked washer and dryer that can be hidden. Two glass and iron pendant lights will illuminate the island while recessed lights will provide general lighting.
